Payment options and prices

We only offer prepayment by bank transfer and Paypal. Other payment methods such as invoice, cash on delivery or credit card are not possible or only via Paypal. All payment methods are without surcharges. In addition to the indicated prices, we charge shipping costs for delivery as indicated below.

The prices listed in the respective offers include all price components including any applicable taxes such as VAT. Only in the case of cross-border delivery, further taxes and/or duties (e.g. customs duties) may be payable by you in individual cases, but not to us as the seller, but to the customs or tax authorities responsible there.

We would like to point out that the duration of the transaction between the different financial institutions varies from bank to bank and therefore the processing time may possibly be extended by several days, depending on your bank’s country.
If the payment is not received by us within 10 calendar days after sending the order confirmation, we withdraw from the contract with the consequence that the order is invalid. The order is then completed for the buyer and us as a seller without further consequences. A reservation of the article in case of prepayment is therefore made for a maximum of 10 calendar days.

Shipping costs

We deliver within Germany and worldwide. The shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of the total shipment and amount to:

Up to 500 gr: 2,50 Euro (books/goods shipment national)
501 to 1001 gr: 3,00 Euro (books/goods shipment national)
1001 to 2000 gr: 5,00 Euro (parcel)
2001 to 5000 gr: 6,00 Euro (parcel)

European Union (without Germany)
Up to 500 gr: 8,00 Euro (goods shipment international tracked)
501 to 1000 gr: 14,00 Euro (goods shipment international tracked)
1001 to 2000 gr: 14,00 Euro (parcel)
2001 to 5000 gr: 18,00 Euro (parcel)

World
Up to 500 gr: 8,00 Euro (goods shipment international tracked)
501 to 1001 gr: 14,00 Euro (goods shipment international tracked)
1001 to 2000 gr: 24,00 Euro (parcel)
2001 to 5000 gr: on request (parcel)

The shipping costs are clearly indicated in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

Delivery times

Delivery times are, unless otherwise stated in the offer,

• 3-5 business days within Germany,
• 3-8 business days within the European Union and Switzerland and
• 5-14 business days to the rest of the world.

Worldwide delivery times may vary due to delays on the part of the shipping service provider. Should there be any delivery problems, you will of course be notified by us via e-mail. If one or more items are not in stock, although indicated in the store, we will inform you immediately and refund the outstanding amount.

Downloads

The link for the download file will be sent in an extra e-mail after receipt of payment. With Paypal immediately, with payment in advance as soon as the payment is received on our account.
