Discount 50%. The number of tickets is limited.
If you would like to participate with a supported ticket, please send an email to Anja, contact@venus-spirit.com to request a voucher code. Once you receive it, you can book your ticket as usual by clicking “Add to Cart” and use the discount code to reduce the ticket price. Applications will be processed starting Saturday, May 11, 2024.
Please note that the application deadline for supported tickets is Wednesday, May 1, 2024 at 8pm.

Freeways 7 – the north-south axis from Hamburg to Füssen – and A 96 from Munich to Lindau intersect at the Memmingen freeway junction. Both freeways provide direct connections to Austria, Italy and Switzerland.

By plane
From Allgäu Airport Memmingen you can reach Memmingen train station by public transport (cab, bus) in about 10 minutes.
From there, the Stadthalle is about a 10-minute walk through the old town.
From the airports of Munich, Stuttgart, Augsburg and Friedrichshafen, it is only about an hour’s drive.

By train
Connections to the rail network also make it easy to travel to Memmingen: The Intercity from Dortmund to Oberstdorf stops here, as does the EuroCity from Munich to Zurich.

Memmingen’s electronically controlled parking guidance system directs you to the multi-level underground parking garage with 450 spaces directly under the Stadthalle.

There is a very good catering service for the City Hall Memmingen.

In any case, we offer drinks and snacks.

Whether also lunch – that is still open and depends on a few factors. Of course, it would be best if we had a nice lunch on Saturday and Sunday to sit together comfortably and also so that not everyone has to walk into town.

Over the coming months I’ll clarify this with the caterer and then I’ll communicate it via the newsletter.

There will be something in the city hall, there is enough space.

The English-language presentations by Omnec Onec and Dr. Raymond Keller will be translated into German.

The German presentations will not be translated.

You are cordially invited to participate at the conference even if you do not understand the German language – it’s an energetic and upliftign event and there will be many people in the audience who speak English very well and with whom you can have beautiful conversations in the Foyer and during the breaks.

Yes! Johann Nepomuk Maier will give a talk at the conference AND do the filming as well!

We will make the recordings available digitally afterwards for download and or streaming.

Yes, we rent tables in two sizes.

Prices: Table small 100 euro plus VAT. – Table large 120 Euro plus VAT.

Set up is on Friday from 10am – opening is at 3pm for visitors.
Dismantling is after the end of the conference on Sunday.
