The event center, called “Ashram”, offers single/double and multi-bed rooms, as well as dormitories

Single and double rooms are already fully booked for the duration of the UFO Conference!

If you don’t want to stay in a shared room or dormitory, you can find something suitable in the surrounding area.

Overnight stays at the center can be booked directly through the booking portal (applies only to rooms, not to  dormitories).

There you will find room categories, descriptions, and prices.

To get the special room rates when booking, proceed as follows:

1. Enter the date and number of people.
2. Enter the offer code UFOKONGRESS26 in the header.
3. A calendar will appear; click on “Apply changes.”
4. Special prices will be displayed; select your room category and continue with the booking.

The special rates are only valid for the period from May 12 to 18, 2026. If you want to arrive earlier and/or stay longer, you will have to pay the normal rate for those nights.

When booking 3-bed or multi-bed rooms with our UFOKONGRESS26 offer code, it is important to note: Although the hotel booking page states “full board,” in reality, only breakfast is included in the price during the period of your stay! The prices are therefore correct.

(Additional information for your understanding: The event hall’s hotel booking program is set up so that 3-bed and multi-bed rooms can only be booked with full board. The prices have been adjusted for participants of the UFO conference, as lunch and dinner are already included in the ticket price (or omitted). That is why there is a special “offer code” that participants can use to book.)

Dormitories
There are 100 beds for women and 40 beds for men (separate rooms).
Cost per night is €20 (breakfast not included, but can be booked separately) plus a one-time fee of €5 for bed linen. Beds must be booked through the hotel reception by emailing rezeption@bmsvd.net.

Breakfast and meals during the UFO Conference
Breakfast is included in the room rate.
External guests and guests staying in dormitories are responsible for their own breakfast.
Single meals can also be booked on site at the Ashram. Prices are yet to be announced.

The conference ticket price includes: coffee in the morning, water and tea throughout the day, and full board (lunch and dinner).

Other accommodation options
Accommodation can also be booked outside the center. For example, in holiday homes located directly on the lake via Booking.com or Airbnb. There is also a campsite nearby. You can download a list of other accommodations in the area here.
