English presentations:

Since this conference takes place in Germany and not all Germans understand English, we will provide consecutive translations of the English presentations on the stage. Consecutive means: The speaker speaks a few sentences, then the translator speaks. This method brings calmness into the presentation. Furthermore, the focus lies on the essence of the speaker’s message.

German presentations:

For the German speaking speakers, we will (most probably) provide automatically generated captions which we project on a large screen so that you can follow the content easily.
Alternatively, you may want to try out AI Translation Headphones for yourself.

Remember: This UFO-Conference is not only for transmitting information, it’s also an energy and contact event. More than 70% of the participants will understand and speak English, so you’ll have lots of amazing conversations and contacts.

Tickets are only available as PDF files, which you can either print out at home or show on your smartphone at the entrance.

The purchased tickets will be sent as a download link in an email. If you created a customer account when purchasing, you can also download your tickets from your customer account.

Standard Ticket (incl. full board): 499 euros (early bird price: 399 euros until December 31, 2025)

Basic Ticket (no meals): 383 euros  from January (early bird price: 283 euros until December 31, 2025)

Sponsoring Ticket for supporters (incl. full board): 888 euros (see below)

There is a discount for groups of 4 or more people (see below).

Difference between Standard and Basic Ticket:

The Standard Ticket includes full board: 9 vegetarian-vegan lunches and dinners, good water and tea throughout the day, coffee breaks.

The Basic Ticket does not include meals, but does include good water and tea throughout the day, as well as coffee breaks.

Not included in the tickets:

Yes, recordings will be available after the conference. This means you can watch the conference later from the comfort of your own home.

Workshops take place parallel to the lecture program. These are not included in the conference ticket and must be booked separately. More information will be available once the program has been finalized.

The event center , called Ashram, offers single/double and multi-bed rooms, as well as dormitories

Single and double rooms are already fully booked for the duration of the UFO Conference!

If you don’t want to stay in a shared room or dormitory, you can find something suitable in the surrounding area.

You can download a list of other accommodations in the area here.

Overnight stays at the center can be booked directly through the booking portal (applies only to rooms, not to  dormitories).

There you will find room categories, descriptions, and prices.

We recommend booking on a PC/laptop, as problems may arise when using a mobile phone.

To get the special room rates when booking, proceed as follows:

1. Enter the date and number of people.
2. Enter the offer code UFOKONGRESS26 in the header.
3. A calendar will appear; click on “Apply changes.”
4. Special prices will be displayed; select your room category and continue with the booking.

The special rates are only valid for the period from October 12 to 18, 2026. If you want to arrive earlier and/or stay longer, you will have to pay the normal rate for those nights.

Dormitories
There are 100 beds for women and 40 beds for men (separate rooms).
Cost per night is €20 (breakfast not included, but can be booked separately) plus a one-time fee of €5 for bed linen. Beds must be booked through the hotel reception by emailing rezeption@bmsvd.net.

Other accommodation options
Accommodation can also be booked outside the center. For example, in holiday homes located directly on the lake via Booking.com or Airbnb. There is also a campsite nearby. You can download a list of other accommodations in the area here.

All ticket prices include good water and tea throughout the day, as well as coffee breaks.

The Standard and Sponsoring ticket prices additionally include full board with 9 vegetarian-vegan lunches and dinners.

If you are staying at the centre’s hotel, breakfast is included in the room rate.

If you are staying in the Ashram dormitory, breakfast is not included.

Participants staying externally or in dormitories and visitors who only attend workshops can book meals individually on site at the Ashram. Prices are yet to be announced.

There is also a café on the site where you can buy snacks and drinks.

By plane
Next airport: Frankfurt am Main (FRA)

Rent a car (approx. 1.5 hours drive) or take the train (approx. 1.5 – 2 hours drive).

From the airport train station (Terminal 1, Level 0/ground floor) take the S-Bahn S8 or S9 to Frankfurt Central Station. Then take the regional train (e.g. RE2, RE3, RB58, RE59) in direction of Fulda or Gießen to Bad Hersfeld station.

By train & bus
Next station: Bad Hersfeld

From Bad Hersfeld, take bus 380 or 470 towards Kirchheim to the “Feuerwehr” stop. Then take bus 383 to Kirchheim-Reimboldshausen to the “Seepark” stop.

Or from Bad Hersfeld, take shared taxi line 389 to Kirchheim. Book 1 hour before departure by calling +49 800 939 0800.

Exact departure times and possible changes can be found on the RMV Website or the RMV App.

By car
Take the A7 motorway to exit 87 Kirchheim. From Frankfurt Airport, take the A5 motorway to Hattenbacher Dreieck, then take the A7 towards Kassel.

From the motorway exit, head towards Kirchheim, then to Gershausen and on to Reimboldshausen. Drive through the village to the venue by the lake.

There is ample parking available on site.

Tickets are transferable but non-refundable.

If you want to give your ticket to someone else, please also give them your order confirmation or proof of payment.

You can bring your dog with you to the hall. But not to the restaurant and the temple.

Due to this very specific organizational structure, Anja does not accept applications.

At present, due to space constraints, it is uncertain whether exhibitor areas can be rented. Probably not.
