Cecilia is the founder of Lightflow and an internationally renowned medium. She has been working in this exciting era of transformation with spiritual channelings for over 30 years, transmitting the clear and systematic guidance of Angels, Ascended Masters and Interdimensional Guides called the “Higher Light Commands”.
